Our new generation of Isolators impresses with its integrated catalytic converters, highly efficient filter cartridges and the integrated VHP decontamination system for fast decontamination cycles. The maximum process safety is ensured by reliable cycles with lower H2O2 consumption, and, above all, a significantly reduced cycle time for the entire system. Our design is also very simple to clean and operate.
The growing automation of processes means that manufacturers and suppliers face new challenges when it comes to plant safety. To ensure the highest process safety possible, our isolator systems provide a special option for integrating robots inside it. This includes parts such as a reinforced working chamber, tamper protection, and a special front panel.
Depending on the production process, the system can be loaded via a mousehole, a quick airlock, or a sterilization tunnel. The process output can also be realized in different ways. Furthermore, one or more freeze dryers of different sizes can be integrated. This forms a valuable and flexible production system.
